Molly’s 6 Month Update!

We’ve made it half a year folks. The greatest half of a year of our lives. Molly girls is so.much.fun. She has a big personality for such a tiny girl and makes us laugh everyday. There is nothing I would rather do when I get off work than hurry home and play with her. Lucky for me, my job has lots of time off throughout the year. We have the next two weeks off for fall break so I’m ready to soak up some Molly and Mommy time. Yesterday we celebrated her big 6 month birthday. We were down at my in-laws cabin and stayed in a pop-up camper with my sis-in-law, her hubby, and their also 6 month old. Believe it or not, we all survived:) We did end up with a mouse in the camper the second night which turned into a crazy hunt through the place that night. Flashlights and pointy sticks were involved. Guess who won that? Hint…It rhymes with house. When we got home Sunday night, we noticed a brown spot on the back of Molly’s head that looked like a freckle…wrong,. It was a tick. Scary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The poor girl. Not only is she getting a pretty nasty cold, but we had to dig that tick out wit some tweazers. Lots of tears:( So anyway, it was an eventful 6 month bday for the baby but she was a trooper! Here is what she’s up to these days:
We may have a little cheerleader on our hands with those moves. And because we’re halfway to her first birthday, I thought it would be fun to see how much she’s already changed.

Well what a difference six months makes! When she was first born I thought there could not be a prettier little baby on the planet but in six months time she has gotten even prettier than the month before!! And as much as I loved cuddling the tiny precious I love playing with her even more and especially getting her to laugh out loud; nothing warms my heart as much as our little molly laughter! It is amazing watching her start to show so much interest in toys, dogs and just the world around her! Happy six month Birthday Molly; grammy loves you to pieces!!! xoxox
