Building Our Dream Home: Open Kitchen Shelves

We have a plan for the kitchen in our dream home to have some rustic open shelving instead of upper cabinets. We want to make shelves from some wood down at the cabin. We’ll share the process as we go, but for now, here are some great kitchens with open shelving as inspiration {click images for sources}.
Dana’s kitchen above is one of my favorites. I love her mix of cabinetry, simple backsplash, and open shelves.
